Ive just got off the phone with customer care at 'bet365', having found a bonus message on my account ..
 Now being a computer whizz kid (not) couldn't navigate my way through the 'bonus code' or how to claim it  . So quick phone call to bet365, 'Hello, this is Carl speaking how may I help you'..? Well I started to explain my predicament, when he said, 'No worries' ... So we clicked a few buttons he then told me, I had a £40 bonus to claim, which he put into action  ..asked if there was anything else he could help me with  .... I replied, "Err no no, that's fine Carl, thank you, thank you", "thanks for all your help byeee" ..... I felt like I was making a quick exit from a bank or supermarket, like in the advert where the customer thinks the sales person has made a mistake, or I'd just robbed the place So the moral of the story, "Some betting firms look after their customers, with surprise bonuses," ... Now I wonder if it's worth giving cheapskate's 'SkyPoker' a ring .. .... Oh stop it the suns got to my head..!!  Glk all Benny

Haha.....We all know about your navigation skills Benny after the Birmingham episode....
BET 365 are great for bonuses etc.... Back any horse at 4/1 or bigger on a TV race and if it wins you get a FREE bet to the same stake on the next TV race....Even if your horse wins at 5/2 as long as you were on at 4/1 or bigger the FREE bets yours....  Also i get a FREE loyalty bonus every week....  But they love losing punters....
