Ive just got off the phone with customer care at 'bet365', having found a bonus message on my account ..:loveme:
Now being a computer whizz kid (not) couldn't navigate my way through the 'bonus code' or how to claim it:scribe: .
So quick phone call to bet365,
'Hello, this is Carl speaking how may I help you'..? Well I started to explain my predicament, when he said,
'No worries' ... So we clicked a few buttons he then told me, I had a £40 bonus to claim, which he put into actiono:D ..asked if there was anything else he could help me with :eek!: .... I replied,
"Err no no, that's fine Carl, thank you, thank you", "thanks for all your help byeee" .....
I felt like I was making a quick exit from a bank or supermarket, like in the advert where the customer thinks the sales person has made a mistake, or I'd just robbed the place :loveme:

So the moral of the story, "Some betting firms look after their customers, with surprise bonuses," ...

Now I wonder if it's worth giving cheapskate's 'SkyPoker' a ring :eek!: ..:'D .... Oh stop it the suns got to my head..!! :D
