This is their response to my email the other day complaining that i never get anything...


Dear Mr Fowler,

I emailing you in regards to a Free Bet.

I am pleased to confirm that a £20 Free Bet token has been applied to
your account.

Tokens are valid for 7 days. To view the full details of your token,
please log on and go to your "My Account" section, and then click on the
"Free Bets" tab.

To use the free bet token, please go through the process of placing your
bet as normal. However, once you have entered your stake, instead of
pressing the "Place Bet" button, please click on the yellow "Check Free
Bets" button near the bottom of the slip. On the next screen, tick the
bet token box next to the correct token for your stake, and then proceed
by clicking on "Place Bet". You will then be presented with a
confirmation page, giving you option to edit any errors by pressing the
"Amend" button, or alternatively press "Place Bet" to complete the
transaction.

Please note that you will need to use the free bet token in total, for
example, if you have a £20 bet token, then you can only place a bet to
this amount. You will not be able to split the tokens on two separate
bets. Please use caution if placing your free bet token on an Each-Way
market, as the value of the token will be deducted from total returns.

Yes nice one Tony .. as the saying goes. "If you dont ask you don't get !"

When I went back to Ladbrokes the other day, I phoned up first asked for the Poker manager, and asked him,
"If I come back and play your site, will you give me a equal deposit bonus ?"

He hummed and aghhhed, then said he would, so I deposited #60 and he doubled it .. One snag though, I have to earn 2000 player points before I can have a withdrawal .... but that's OK , so I'm happy with that poker manager .. top man !!
