Well ..
Ive been looking at Ladbrokes lately and forgetting the bad beats you get on every site and in live events ...
I see they are not only doing satellites for the Irish Open (Dublin) in March but they are now doing another cruise event for January 2011 with satellites for that as well..... In my opinion it looks worth while having a go at some of these, I went on their last cruise and it was fantastic  so you'll almost certainly see me back on Ladbrokes over the coming months ...As you know ive been playing Skypoker over the last two years and although I love playing there, the main problem is the fragile software with all sorts of problems making it hard to concentrate on your own game afraid of the next disconnection .. They (Skypoker) have been promising a down-loadable site for nearly a year now and say it's imminent in the next few months but I think that could be a bit of marketing propaganda, so well wait and see ..... So for me, it will be now a case of split loyalties and being more choosy as to the games I play and the site I play during each week. Ive made many many friends on Sky but it's time to get the best from poker and go for some of the bigger prizes on Ladbrokes, without getting involved with their forums or politics or online chat ... So Tony, give it a thought as to what you want from poker as I have , but the bad beats come with the territory that is No Limit Hold-em, we all get them .... glk mate, Barry

I don't play Poker on line, but I do gamble on Betfair. I am involved in their Racing Club, which is by far and away the best value I have ever had. The freebies and promo's are second to non. Haven't any you guys been on their Poker site?

There's an old saying in poker,
"If you don't like what your getting, then change what your doing !" I did a change tonight, "I haven't left the lady who is Skypoker" ....... I just went out with another lady, "Ladbrokes", for the evening and came 2nd in a 7 card "pot limit" "re-buy" tournament !!! So tonight was a good night !!
