Tuesday's FA Cup review
Kelechi Iheanacho made the most of a rare start to fire Leicester into the fourth round of the FA Cup as they beat Fleetwood 2-0.
The League One side came close to eliminating their Premier League opponents in the first encounter and made a bright start here, with Conor McAleny twice going close.
Iheanacho however demonstrated just why Leicester were so keen to splash out on him in summer with a left-footed strike just before half-time, before doubling his side's advantage on 77 minutes.
The second goal was a slice of history as Ineanacho's strike was ruled out, before VAR saw the decision reversed.
Next for Leicester is a trip down the A47 to Peterborough.
A Junior Hoilett brace helped Cardiff keep up their weekend scoring form as they beat Mansfield 4-1.
The Bluebird puts four past Sunderland on Saturday and repeated the trick here having been tested to half-time by the League Two Stags.
Their reward for this win is a visit from FA Cup favourites Manchester City in round four.
Sheffield Wednesday meanwhile are set to host Reading.
Wednesday enjoyed a regulation 2-0 victory over Carlisle, with goals midway through each half, while Reading eased past Stevenage 3-0.
There does remain the potential for an upset, however, with West Ham and Shrewsbury in extra-time after a 0-0 draw.
