1...To big a club to early . Should have taken a Div 2 or Div 1 job here
2...Had to work with the squad they had and most didnt seem that interested in playing for the club or have any respect for him
3...The language barrier...
Im fairly sure if he get a lower division club in this country then he can turn out to be a decent manager/coach with players in those divisions looking up to a player with his experience and maybe a little more respect.
Or maybe even ...Aston Villa.....
