Harry Kane clearly throws himself to the floor with little contact in the last minute of injury time and the ref cant wait to give the pen....
Yesterday at Chelsea there were TWO clear Chelsea pens in the first half anf the ref had a good sight of both....
Decision..
NO PEN......
In the old days when refs were school teachers etc they seemed to get the decisions right a lot more then today when a ref is a full time job with an average wage of £1500 per week.....
The game is being spoilt by refs NOT getting the big call right week in week out and the "cheats" getting away with it....
