You cant blame the players for being greedy, everyone at the big clubs are being encouraged to sign for more to keep all the wheels oiled ...
Your idea is great, BUT the 'fat cats' wont do it, it will affect their off-shore Swiss bank accounts, with investments to oil , banking and electricity .. Everything is linked to high business profit's and with football there is a very BIG 'grey' area, where cash can be offset against tax claims for individuals
