West Ham have settled their dispute with sheffield Utd over the Tevez affair. Allegedly paying £15 million, rising up to £25 million. Someone has been lying. Now can someone tell me how he is still playing in the Premier league even though he is still owned by a 3rd party
I think this is why Man Utd haven't signed him.
