Give it a rest Tony (the poker i mean) Cut down, play occasionally for fun. I only play when i really feel like it, maybe one tourney a week. If i get a bad beat il sometimes go off at the player
then forget about it. If i played the hand the best i could then im usually ok with it. I often go weeks without playing, come back, do really well in a tourney and start to love the game again.Thats all i can recommend just leave it for a while.
