Whilst playing live and getting to know people on my table it occured to me very quickly i was in the minority (playing online at laddies) when it was my turn to announce my site and alias (alias i didnt announce) everyone was ptsl at ladbrokes and couldnt understand why ANYONE played there anymore ,value reasons and shitty customer service more than the upgrade... most of them played on WH and full tilt ,betfred for the value even my hubby joined in the laughter
its weird how i was defending ladbrokes even though i have been treated badly (customer service) and found i was more loyal to them than ever!!
I think its because its been my "home" for a long time and cant seem to let it go even though i have closed my account!
I think im grieving
