A friend of mine got to play a round of golf with Ian Poulter after bidding the most money in a charity day auction. Poulter was waiting for them when they arrived, even though they were early. On the 1st hole my friends shot into the green landed in the bunker. Ian Poulter not only gave him a little bit of advice, even though he plays of 5, raked the bunker for him after. All through the round he continued giving advice, raking bunkers and looking after the 3 people that had paid a significant amount of money for his company.
At the end of the round bought them a meal each, from his own pocket and stayed with them for 2 more hours. He like everyone is not always as bad as portrayed.
