I will be having a few bets as this goes on and will post my fancies the night before the following days games...;)


Although im not a great lover of the England team under doddery Roy i can believe that we are..

EVENS to beat Russia........:eek!:

I watched the Russians last weekend and what a terrible shambles they look especially with a few of their better players now not playing due to injury.

Poor at the back with a midfield who cant pass the ball and no real goalscorer i see this being a breeze for England.

So i think the following bets should be placed NOW..

ENGLAND TO WIN BOTH HALVES @ 9/2

ENGLAND TO SCORE IN BOTH HALVES @ 9/4

OVER 2.5 MATCH GOALS AT 13/10

Here we go with the first game and as usual the host nation starts us off.


FRANCE v ROMANIA....8PM

Usually the first game isnt a goal fest and on more then a few occasions the hosts have been turned over.

I just dont see that tonight where a decent French team take on a defensive Romanian team.

The French have plenty going forward and i can see them scoring a few to keep the home fans happy.

Funny game this one as half the Albanian team are Swiss and five of the Swiss team are Albanian...

This also sees two brothers on opposite sides and this could be a decent encounter with a few tackles going in.

Albania are well organised and are fairly defensive but have scored in their last 7 games and should do again here.

The Swiss qualified easily out of our group but although they have a few decent players (ie) Shaquiri of Stoke i dont think they will go that far in this.

I can see goals in this game though.

Well that was a shocking game.....:eek!:

The Swiss only wanted to go backwards against ten men once they had the lead...

Lets hope this is not what we will have to watch over the coming weeks..
