Afternoon all, anyone know if the deepstack tourney is on tonight, can't find it anywhere in the lobby :t:

I played three $11 sats to get into tonights $500 gtd....then i find out they are not having one and have replaced it with a $25 one...:C
Although i didnt get through i still paid $33 to try to qualify for a tournie thats not on and also one where they were only giving one seat per $55 in the kitty...:-C After going balistic on the phone they have entered me and reinbursed my loses....:clap: I love Laddies..............8-P |
So they should tony, they were 64 runners last weds, worked well in my opinion, only 34 runners sat/sun maybe that one should be re-thought as people have to commit to st/sun night, will be interesting to see the number of players tonight with the buy in halfed

Lost a big pot with Ak V QQ and my tendency to gamble, pre flop. Had raised and QQ pushed all in pre flop. Hit the King but another Queen came.
Bluffed a pot to get back to 5k :storm: (don’t know how, almost any hand would have beat me) then won two big pots with QQ and KK Quite a loose table I am on, so I do expect the chips to move about a bit in the last hour tonight. Hopefully they will move to me. :t: :t: |

Think i played two hands.....was 3rd but finished up 10th on just over 25k so not to badly positioned for a charge tomorrow...8-P

I must of spent more time reconnecting to ladbrokes poker than actually playing poker during this event, did quite enjoy it tho,think you posted jellyhead had k-k tony,should have posted he said he had k-k tho.I think he had lower pocket pair than you,but it was a good fold in my opinion as you didnt need the action at the time,I couldnt make the fold in that situation thats why im no good at poker,i know what to do but i cant do it,sometimes i rise to the challenge tho,unlucky tonight,you cant win with no cards,i had same thing tonight was sick of seeing 2-7 or 5-9,gl

a lot of people are being affected by these connection problems...and u cant really play your game when u are discoing...
Think he might have had kings as he said to me AA QQ JJ but we will never really know... Im quite good at laying down hands even if they are winning....:eek!: its a good format though and even though i had plenty of chips at the atart u have to get a move on otherwise your left behind...unfortunatly tonight i didnt have any ammo and when i did these guys sucked out....:'D Roll on tomorrow and hopefully a winner on the horses...8-P |
