Finished 30 something last night,felt like I was in for a goodnight and fancied my chances of herbies $10 gift. When I made 3 very poor decisions,folded pocket 7s to a raise then a re-raise,and I felt both players were holding a-k,would of won big pot with a house,folded k-j suited on bb when I was thinking limp into cash then hope to get lucky,would of won hand again with house, then go all-in with j-j and lose to a-q,dont no what I was thinking about limping into cash,not interested in cashing ,I want to win it.Think because I was stuck on table with chippie and salmonoysta I altered my play and dont know why, If I can stay in tonight,will have another go but stella is calling my name[think I have a stella problem], gl

I decided to gamble early on, had a-k suited and re-raised all-in pre flop,3 callers j-q ?,9-9. j-j , didnt hit and was left short,next hand 2-2 all-in and I was back to the ironing. Get the feeling some players on laddies carry more than their fair share of luck,but maybe its just sour grapes as I cant hit a thing at minute,but watched a bit of poker today and it appeared if you were in right seat,you couldnt do any wrong. gl

Captain, how is your poker going? I am still happy to watch you play and offer you my limited comments. This is not a selfless act, as I will get some benefit from doing this. It also makes me think about my own play. I think my MTT game is suffering because I am playing a lot of shorthanded cash games at the moment. I have talked to my brother about this and he has told me that it’s very difficult to be a winning cash and MTT player at the same time. He then began to talk about poker play at a level where he could as well have been talking Chinese (which I go to lessons for), so I see this as a bit of self help. As I have no idea what his suggestions meant) (he thinks I am a much better read poker player than I am (which I can understand as I am the academic one in the family)
