Default 2010 Greyhound Derby

Can lightning strike twice for last years winning trainer Mark Wallis, or is it a formality for the Favourite...

What has turned out to be an intriguing final after many turbulent twists and turns along the way. it would be hard to deny Mark Wallis a second successive Derby win with his outsider, 'Adageo' after seeing his fantastic dog 'Eye Onthe Storm' break down in the first round heats..

'Adageo' already having been backed from 50/1 into 25/1 and some 33/1 in places, is certainly no forlorn hope and just might spring another surprise being well draw in Trap 6..and will be finishing best of all off the final bend.
However it would be some training feat if this fellow he can overcome the favourite,'Toomaline Jack' (Trap5) for Ireland's lady trainer Dolores Ruth and second favourite , 'Bandicoot Tipoki' (Trap3)

My heart says I want Mark to win but some how I feel this time the trophy is going over the water to Ireland with 'Toomaline Jack'..

So the bets are
'Adageo' ...1/2 point e/w ( 33/1)(first 2 places 1/4 odds)

'Toomaline Jack' ...5 point win (evens)

fcst and tricast combinations.. 6 5 3

good luck us
