Did anyone get a survey emai from Ladbrokes
Asking about how they can improve their poker site and relations with their customers and what was there i didn't like !!!!!!
 Do you think i mentioned the "Laddiespoker2" horse promotion ?      benny

No , i just thought and wondered why they picked on me,
quote, "In what way can they improve and make things better for the players"....So i went into one about the horse promotion.. hence all the symbols... benny.

yep benny i got one and told them a few home truths regarding the horse how they can still run tourny's to win a share in a horse that went lame is beyond me
also had a pop at there lateset attempt at a tournament schedual  i don't think they will be giving me the $10 they have promised somehow lol  lee

No your right bally and they sent me 2 so i doubt i'll get $20, but at least i got my point over....i told them the only way i'll feel compensated for all my disappointments
at not being able to have fun days out, and poker tournaments, that i had looked forward to all year and off course not to see the horse, that i'd been promised as a share holder.....was togive us a cruise ticket.......!!!! .......What ??  not unreasonable benny

No I did not receive one this time.... but I did the time before, and I moaned about the RNG. Yes I know we all have had bad beats, I accept this - I am not one to go on and on about it in the chat box when it happens.... however the run I had had was rediculous, for that matter, I quoted stats to them as I had been keep a record of the number of 17 outers that I had missed, and the number of 2 outers (and sometimes 1 outers) that I had run into, and pointed out that the stats seemed strange.
Now I'm not saying its fixed.... but having been on the wrong end of some dodgy outers for about 5 months.... I won 4 tourneys (thats WON - not just FT) in the week after I complained (I mean completed the feed back form). Yes, this could all be coincidence, and just a matter of the stats finally holding up, but I have to say, that these wins did not feel as good as if I had actually not completed the feedback form. Anyway, now you've filled one in, I'd be interested in knowing your results of the coming couple of weeks!!! Lee P.S. Freeroles in a Lame Horse.... how the hell do they get away with it?
