Thursday sees the start of the 2014 Masters from Augusta...:cool:


I think most golf fans think this is the best of the majors and i for one love the Sunday night final round viewing...


No Tiger again this year but plenty of top class players and the winner will have deserved his green jacket come Sunday evening..


So lets have your thoughts on who you think can give us a run for our money this year....:news:

I like 'Taylormades' picks on golf ..It's his forte o:D Unlike his football tips .. 3:-)

Just having a quick look through the field and a couple of interesting things to note.

ANGEL CABRERA ...In the last five years he has finished 1st...2nd and 7th playing 20 rounds and only shooting OVER PAR 3 times.....

At around 60/1 could be a bit of value on a course that only really suits a handful of players.


LEE WESTWOOD ...Not playing that great at the moment but has only shot OVER PAR 5 times in the last 20 rounds and this course might just bring his game back..


At around 45/1 another worth E/W support.

surely my mackem money making thread was up there with the best tipping ever, think theres 80 players that could win this years masters,will share with benny my wisdom tmorro.

Luiten @ 250/1, Im confident he has a major in him.
just few pounds each way on these for a bit of extra excitement,

also a couple of pounds on these for first round leader

also a couple of tenners on Mcdowell for top ten finish at 5/1

also these players to win their 3 balls on thursday in trebles.fourfolds and acca

also dual forecast on Mcdowell to beat garcia @ 600/1

and finally Mcdowell to get a hole in o0ne at 100/1

Well the two i mentioned in an earlier thread must go into those bets..


ZAC JOHNSON @ 33/1...Past winner who seems to have his game back to where it was a few years ago when he won this. Good driver and putter which is the key here and i think he can challenge this year.


KJ CHOI @ 150/1...E/W (6 places)...Love this course and although he might come up short again could be "lay off" value to exchange punters and sneek into the top six to reward e/w support.

There were quite a few fancied players that wont be seeing the weekend

Mcdowell is a fat little leprechaun...............

After Saturdays in different rounds its all up for grabs today in the final round with anyone at +3 still having a chance of winning..


WESTWOOD @ -2 is still a big runner for us and with a little more luck he could have been leading....I think going out 4 groups from the end will be a big help and if he can get off to a decent start we could be collecting...


He could also pick up top European to land a nice 11/1 bet and also LANGER is not quite out of it yet and he too could bring some cash back by being Top Senior..


For a couple of savers going into the last round i would look at ..
